A peaceful place in a city of

Full title is a Peaceful place in a city of chaos. I was bored so i decided to mess around with some of my older pictures that were just siting on my computer. I took this one in NYC from the Empire State Building. I put on a few filters and then adjusted the color balance and hue and saturation. I quite like this peice, and the over all feel of it. Comments greatly appreciated
